What is your favorite color of ink to write with?

First of all, I like to write with nibbed pens instead of ballpoint, and when I use that kind of pen I like the aqua blue India ink.

How often do you get a manicure or pedicure? Do you do them yourself or go to a salon and pay for them?

I don't get either of these. In the past, I have had one or two manicures, but this is very rare. Pedicures are non-existent for me. Too much money.

What was your first “real” job?

Um, I assume that first 'real' job means full time as opposed to student jobs or part time (are they considered phony jobs??? I certainly didn't think so at the time), so my first real job was with a major retailer, working in the catalogue office for the headquarters division. It was a great job and opened so many doors for me, places that I never thought I'd go.

My closet has a bounty of crafts. I can go through my oodles of yarn, or my stitching, and make things. My scrapbooking is all in the basement....another spot where creativity blossoms.

I am on a scale of 0, because I don't dream, or at least I don't recall my dreams...I'm sure I must though, or I would be dead...which I am not, and I know that I am not because I am here celebrating another birthday!!

I had budgie birds. Three of them. PeeWee, Pudgie, and Nipper. I was allowed to have birds because they mostly were contained in their cages....except for PeeWee, who came out and flicked peanuts over his head.

I would love to advertise handbags....all the uses for them, and the hidden compartments, the smell, the touch....oh oh don't get me started..

Because my parents always made a big deal of my birthday, I get excited, so it would be a 10, but I usually get let down once it actually arrives, so that 10 drops to about a 2.

There are many words that I dislike. Here are a few which particularly irk me: any swear word, chill, addy.

When it's sunny out I wear sunglasses. I have 2 pair right now. One is a pair of RayBans and the other pair I got at Harley Davidson...black with rubber around the inside to prevent slippage..great for the boat..

The ultimate snack food for me (note that this only hits when I am not being good with what I eat, and this hasn't happened in a long long time) is either cheezies (which I totally adore) or else it is Pringles potato chips dunked in Coke.....that is the ultimate.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 as highest), about how popular is your last name?

Now, I guess it depends if it is my maiden name or my married name. If it's my maiden name, then I don't think it is very popular at all, although it has gone through various spellings, so if you count that as popular, then I guess it is. Now, my married name could be popular. I know that there is some soap with the same name, jewellers, and just yesterday I noticed a sponge with the same name.

My favourite sitcom character was Mary Richards from the Mary Tyler Moore Show. Now THAT was television. Gosh I sounded OLD writing that particular line!!

I am somewhere between a 7 and a 10 today. It is potentially another Black Day today at work, since yesterday was Black Thursday in other parts of the company. This has me pretty stressed.

What kind of cleanser do you use to wash your face?

Oh! An easy one. Hang on. I have to run to the other room to get the tube. Hang on. There. Okay, I am back. I use Neutrogena Deep Clean cream cleanser. A penetrating cleanser that improves your complexion (yeah right). Oil free. .

Tonight is a blue moon! What is something that you believe only happens “once in a blue moon.”

You know, I really don't know. We don't have too many blue moons up here, and while I am familiar with the expression, I don't think I use it very much. Now, yellow or white moons we have many of, and lots of stuff happens, especially when those moons are full. Then lookout!

Name a sound you like to hear.

I love to hear the sound of the tree frogs at our house. In the spring and summer, and into fall, the tree frogs sing up a storm in the nearby ravine. It's a beautiful sound,and sometimes even a bit deafening...when they really get heated up and chirp very loudly.

What's your favourite kind of cheese?

I am not a huge cheese person (guess you could say I'm not a cheeseball). But if I do have cheese, it's either Swiss, Camembert or Brie. No stinky Blue Cheese here.

That depends on what you mean by late. For some people, sleeping in til 8 o'clock is late. If that's late, then I am guilty, guilty, guilty! Sometimes I even stretch it out to 9....sometimes. Can't get enough beauty sleep ya know.

When was the last time you forgot something? What was it, and how long did it take to remember it?

The last time I forgot something was last week. My car keys. I had locked my car keys inside my car and it never twigged on me until we were getting ready to go home. I started fishing around in my Baggalini, but no keys. That was a stunner for me, the elephant who never forgets.

Now, we'll be 25 years married, and I always notice My Sweetie and his associated parts. But, if by chance there is something interesting to look at in the way of the opposite gender, and sometimes that happens (ie the gym), I notice the butt and legs...then I look at the whole package to see if the definition is spread accordingly.

I try to be sunny, and maybe a partial eclipse shadows that radiance, but mostly sunny. Sometimes a few showers, but nothing unusual.

hmmmmm, my keen interst is in Diana,Princess of Wales, so that would be my top choice. But my knowledge also extends to fitness and nutrition, needle crafts. Boring huh?
