Bet you never heard of that eh? Neither did I. But, I learned of this momentous event, and thought that it was a worthy topic for a blog.
So exactly what do you do for Look Up At The Sky Day? Well, perhaps you could start by looking up at the sky. What do you see? What did I see? I saw nothing but clouds...many many clouds, a pure white sky containing clouds that all suspiciously look as though they might contain more snow (seeing as we had quite a blizzard here last night....the snow had hit the high road by the time we got up).
What else do you see when you look up at the sky? Do you see shapes in the clouds? Maybe where you live, you are seeing stars right now. Maybe you are watching lightning striking across the sky.
So, as the Friendly Giant used to say 'Look up....look waaaay up'. You never know what you're going to see.
Happy LUATSD!

And, for added effect, if you go out, among a group of people, stop and look up at the sky, see how many others do the same thing. And, usually will ask then "what are we looking for or at?" Just tell 'em you just wanted to see how many others you could entice into looking up at the sky!
Your sense of humor cracks me up! ("So exactly what do you do for Look Up At The Sky Day? Well, perhaps you could start by looking up at the sky.")
I saw lots of rain drops, and then the sun started to come out again and I did my happy dance.
What Jeni said is interesting. I have noticed that few people in the city look up at the sky. In Montreal, I saw a massive yellow harvest moon, a jet plane make a crazy (scary) downward zigzag, a rainbow, a flock of geese in a V, a sunset... and, curious, I watched passersby as they kept on walking, never pausing to look up.
Yesterday, our sky was cloud and lots, lots, lots of snow.
